We meet on the beach beside the ramp at the marina. Mike or Natassja runs you out to Starchaser by dinghy, three or four guests at a time. It’s a short ride. We sail along Rincón’s surf breaks toward the Punta Higüero lighthouse as the sun goes down. Your drinks and snacks come out here. Mike holds a US Coast Guard Master license and has sailed for 20 years. Natassja is a sailor and filmmaker. They bought Starchaser in 2022, sailed her from Georgia to New York, then through the Bahamas to the Dominican Republic, and now to Puerto Rico.Mike tiene licencia de capitán de la Guardia Costera de EE. UU. y lleva 20 años navegando. Natassja es marinera y cineasta. Compraron Starchaser en 2022, la navegaron de Georgia a Nueva York, luego por las Bahamas hasta República Dominicana, y ahora a Puerto Rico.

What if the weather is bad?¿Y si hace mal tiempo?

If swell or weather makes boarding or sailing unsafe, we move you to another day or refund you in full.Si el oleaje o el clima hacen que abordar o navegar no sea seguro, los movemos a otro día o les devolvemos el dinero completo.

Can I cancel or change my date?¿Puedo cancelar o cambiar la fecha?

Plans change. Cancel seven days or more before your sail for a full refund, or move your date once, up to 72 hours before. Inside seven days the seat is yours and we can’t refund it, but tell us and we’ll do our best to find you another day. If we call off a sail for weather, you choose a new date or a full refund.Los planes cambian. Cancela con siete días o más de antelación y te devolvemos todo, o cambia la fecha una vez hasta 72 horas antes. Dentro de los siete días el puesto es tuyo y no podemos reembolsarlo, pero avísanos y haremos lo posible por encontrarte otro día. Si cancelamos nosotros por el clima, eliges otra fecha o te devolvemos el dinero.
